Among his predictions:

• The individual becomes the new group is the fundamental element of the system
• Connections are more important than rank
• Small talk is big again
• People rely on networks to help them make sense of what is important
• They trade personal productivity for connectedness (connectedness trumps all other obligations including timeliness).
